Welcome to Flash Coating. By requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or hiring Flash Coating for epoxy flooring, coating services, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Flash Coating provides professional epoxy and coating installation services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Epoxy flooring and coating installation (high-end metallic and flake systems)
Concrete staining (custom color treatments)
Concrete polishing (high-gloss professional finishes)
Polyaspartic and protective coating systems
Surface preparation, grinding, and concrete repair
Moisture mitigation and crack repair
Garages, showrooms, commercial spaces, workshops, retail spaces, and other approved areas
On-site consultations, estimates, and project planning
All services are performed based on the scope of work agreed upon in writing prior to installation.
Flash Coating provides epoxy flooring and coating services to residential & commercial properties. You should expect to receive messages about estimate reminders, project details, and scheduling.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 916-809-8904 . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminders on a weekly basis. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
2. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates provided by Flash Coating are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may change if additional conditions are discovered, including but not limited to:
Unexpected concrete damage
Moisture or vapor transmission issues
Surface contamination
Structural defects not visible during the initial inspection
Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.
3. Scheduling & Site Access
By scheduling an estimate or installation, you agree to provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the job site during the agreed-upon time window.
Delays caused by weather, site readiness, lack of access, material availability, or other circumstances outside of Flash Coating's control may require rescheduling. Flash Coating is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Missed or canceled appointments with insufficient notice may be subject to rescheduling based on availability.
4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds
A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or preparation work has begun.
Because epoxy flooring installations involve custom materials, labor scheduling, and site preparation, refunds are not provided once work has started.
5. Installation Conditions & Results
Epoxy and coating results can vary based on environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, moisture levels, and existing concrete conditions.
While Flash Coating uses professional-grade materials and proven installation methods, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal.
Clients acknowledge that epoxy flooring is a coating system and requires proper care and maintenance after installation.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
Flash Coating may offer limited workmanship warranties as outlined in writing at the time of service.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning methods, moisture intrusion, structural movement, impact damage, or alterations made by others after installation.
Routine maintenance and proper use of the installed surface are the responsibility of the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flash Coating is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed flooring or related services.
By hiring Flash Coating, you agree to hold harmless the company and its representatives from claims resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or conditions outside of our control.
8. Website & Content Use
All content on the Flash Coating website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Flash Coating and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
